Qualifications

At Flexhair, we make every attempt to be an easy business partner for you. We, however, do have some basic qualifications and standards that Flexhair's suppliers must meet.

  1. Products must be high quality and competitively priced for resale.
  2. Suppliers may only list products that they currently own. We cannot accept feeds for inventory being drop-shipped or fulfilled from a warehouse not directly controlled by the supplier.
  3. Suppliers will not sell items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen , banned or fraudulent. In addition, the supplier will not list any products that infringe on any others' intellectual property including, but not limited to, trademarks, images, brand names, phrases and manufacturer logos.
  4. Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to drop ship and list their items for resale. The supplier is solely liable and responsible for monitoring and compliance with manufacturer restrictions including but not limited to: MAP (minimum advertised price) pricing, intellectual property restrictions, manufacturer imposed channel restrictions and licensing agreements.
  5. Unless you are a manufacturer, packaging and packing slips are to be 'blind' without mention of your name, including but not limited to, your website name, phone number, email address, fax number, packages will not include any printer material, offers, coupons, stickers, or other promotional materials.

We strive to make the interaction between you and Flexhair.com as seamless and painless as possible. As you can see, our qualifications are simple and mainly require you, as a legitimate wholesale supplier, to conduct business in an honest and ethical manner.
