Ship To Address
We will ship your purchase based on the Ship-To address on your PayPal "Verified Address" or Google Checkout "Confirmed " address . If it is not, your order will be cancelled automatically and you will be notified by email. Shipping Confirmation Emails
Flexhair.com will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Our automated systems will send you a confirmation email when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery, at which point the shipment will commence. Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend and holidays. Therefore, if you place an order on Friday, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
Shipping Schedule
Shipping schedule is from Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders placed on Friday, weekends or holidays will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.

* Hazardous materials, such as some aerosols, hairspray, nail polishes, nail removers, perfumes can not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Ground Shipping is required for all such items. Please go to Hazardous materials for more information.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Flexhair.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Refused or Undeliverable Package
Please make sure that you provide a complete shipping address that includes any suite or apartment number. If your package is returned to Flexhair.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee (same as original shipping cost). If you request a refund on refused or undeliverable package. Unfortunately the original Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we made an error.
