In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
All returns must be shipped back to Flexhair.com using a trackable courier. (USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by Flexhair.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
If your package is returned to Flexhair.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee (same as original shipping cost).
Before you return an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Please contact us to file a claim and set up a return (via online claim ). Once your claim is reported, we will e-mail you a return lable with RMA number. Please print out the return lable.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.
* RMA number
* Full name
* E-mail address
* Return Form
* Original Order Confirmation Number
* Your reason for returning the merchandise
* Contact our Customer Service and provide the following information.

If the item is due to our error, defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping can't not be covered and the original shipping costs are not refundable. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, please attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form.
If you pay the shipping insurance on your order purchase, We will 100% guaranteed on your order delivery. In case of the delivery damages or loss content, we will refund your money or resend your replacement provided as followed:
*Insured Packages- We will happily cover the shipping cost and replace the damaged, loss product or give you FULL REFUND for (Damaged/Loss Item + shipping + insurance cost). Guaranteed.
*Uninsured Package- We will happily refund you the damaged product purchase amount but not resent the product. Unfortunately, we could not refund your original shipping cost.
In the case of shipping damages or loss of content, please tell the carrier and report the damages or defects to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original Order Invoice may be refunded. Please note that all defective item(s) and other returns are subject to inspection.
We can not provide refunds for unauthorized items returned to us. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns and returned items that do not meet our guidelines become the property of Flexhair.com and will be disposed of.
Unfortunately at this time, Flexhair.com cannot process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by requesting a “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)” number and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
