Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
We are very sorry to hear that damage occurred to your recent order. Although Flexhair.com tries very hard to package all items to reduce the occurrence of damage, occasionally accidents happen during shipment.
To expedite the return process and ensure you receive the proper credit please contact Customer Service
for a return authorization (RMA) prior to ship back the item(s).
* Contact our Customer Service and provide the following information. Note: You can copy and paste this in to your email.
- Full Name
- E-mail Address
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Product/ Item ID (You can find the Item ID on your invoice) the product is being returned.
- The name of the product you received damaged or defective.
- Reason for claim (delivery damages or loss content or wrong items send)
A Customer Care Specialist will respond to your message as quickly as possible.
Return Instructions:
- Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Print out Return Form and fill out all the information as needed.
- Find the reason for your return on the following list and write the corresponding letter code next to the item.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Return Form and Original Return Shipping Receipt. Affix enclosed pre-printed Merchandise Return Label to the outside of your return package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note:
- If the item is due to our error, defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping can't not be covered and the original shipping costs are not refundable. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form.
- Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 2-3 weeks and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
