IN STOCK - The estimated delivery time will be approximately
3-10 business days from the time of order.
This means that item is currently available in our inventory and will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK - This means that item is currently out of stock in our inventory and is most likely backordered with our suppliers. This happens either if inventory for that item was very low when you began to shop, and a customer or customers ahead of you in checkout bought the item first, or if the item was a best seller and demand for it quickly exceeded our inventory. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed you will be notified by email. Note: Unless this item has been suddenly discontinued, you may typically expect this item become available again at some short time in the future.
BACKORDERED -This means that item is temporarily out of stock and is currently on order with our suppliers. If you place an order that contains in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items to you right away and cancel the out of stock items or we may hold your order until all the products are in, We will only do this if we are expecting to receive the backordered items within a few days. Your order may take up to 7 days to ship out. Note: Unless backordered item has been suddenly discontinued or out of stock with our supplier. If this occurs, you will be immediately notified by email of order status and available alternatives and options.
SPECIAL ORDER -The estimated delivery time will be approximately 7-12 business days from the time of order.
This means that item is a special order item and can take up to 7 days to ship out. You may contact us for more specific information regarding special order items.
DISCONTINUED- This means that we either discontinued carrying the item at our store, unavailable from our suppliers, completely discontinued by the manufacturer or it is in the process of new packaging and/or formulation where the manufacturer decides to change the image of packaging, labeling or ingredients of item. Occasionally, we are able to acquire the older packaging of "discontinued" items through our various suppliers or we may decide to carry any available new packaged/ formulated item. Note: Item image and information will remain on our website until we are absolutely sure that we are unable to acquire it.
